Soft plush feel king 4 5 out. Our first novaform serafina pearl gel memory was too soft rated in top 4 on cr but nice if you like plush. We then tried the novaform firm memory foam which was firm and comfortable but retained so much heat that i was waking at night changing shirts from sweat.
